1. How do I book an appointment?
Book online via the Book Session button, or call/text 737-382-0786. After you request a time, you'll receive confirmation and any intake forms to complete before your session.
2. What are your hours?
We are available 7 days a week from 10A to 10P by appointment only.
3. How do I find your studio?
I'm inside SoLa Salons in the same shopping center as Dave & Buster's. Enter through the front door facing the highway, take a left, follow the hallway around, and you'll find Studio #30 on the back side of the building. There's a sign on my door.
4. What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session includes a brief intake to understand your medical history, current concerns, and any areas of focus. Caitlin will tailor pressure and techniques to your needs and will check in throughout the session.
5. Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. You may be able to submit a superbill to your provider for out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance for specifics.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please see the booking page for full details.
7. Do you offer mobile massage?
Yes. I offer in-home and on-site sessions; see the Mobile Massage page for details, space requirements, and corporate chair massage options.
8. How should I prepare for my appointment?
Stay hydrated, arrive a few minutes early to complete forms if needed, and wear comfortable clothing. Let the therapist know about any injuries or areas you'd like addressed.
9. Is massage safe during pregnancy?
I do not perform massage during the first trimester. Second and third trimester sessions are welcome with your healthcare provider's clearance; please note your pregnancy when booking so I can set up proper side-lying bolstering.
10. What is your policy on safety and conduct?
There is zero tolerance for sexual harassment, creepy behavior, or any disrespectful conduct. Sessions will be ended immediately if boundaries are crossed, and clients engaging in such behavior will not be seen again.
